A leading FMCG company in Singapore seeks a dedicated Account Manager to enhance client relationships and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will manage sales channels, develop digital strategies, and report on performance metrics. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and over three years of relevant experience in similar sectors. Responsibilities
Account Management
• Work closely with key customers and distributors to deliver aligned scorecard measures.
• Design strategies based on channel shopper profile and execute action plans to achieve sales volume target, revenue and growth.
• Manage channel P&L by analyzing promotion and display effectiveness
• Regularly review sales plans and lead the operation team to deliver sales fundamental improvement
• Work closely with the brand /trade marketing teams to deliver targets for all new initiatives.
• Manage the operations of various e-commerce marketplace channels
• Design and optimize digital content for e-marketplaces i.e. product images, product descriptions, keyword ads
• Actively plan and participate in e-commerce campaigns e.g. 9.9, 11.11, 12.12
• Support for Road Show launches/Campaigns and during the festive season
Analytics and Reporting
• Consolidate, analyse, and report on respective sales channel performance monthly
• Work with external agency to manage Yeos digital shelf platform which tracks online execution metrics (e.g. availability, share of search, image quality)
• Monitor and document the online activities of competitors on a regular basis
• Analyzing product performances and proposing implementation plans to improve KPIs
• Any other ad-hoc duties/ projects assigned
Professional skills and experience
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate and influence all levels of the organization
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability and flexibility to adapt to a changing business environment, and work well within a team-oriented environment across multiple disciplines
• At least three years of relevant work experience in food service, FMCG and related industries
• Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
• Demonstrable experience in business development
