Assistant Manager, Infrastructure Development (Mechanical Engineering)

Our esteemed client is sourcing for an experienced talent to support the team in the long-term planning and development of infrastructure projects and the adoption of emerging technologies, ensuring seamless integration with operations, improving productivity, and enhancing efficiency to support the delivery of value-based care.

Job Scope:

• Responsible for planning and developing healthcare infrastructure facilities in alignment with the latest MOH’s services and norms.

• Work with end users to develop Schedules of Accommodation (SOA) and gather their requirements.

• Plan the utilisation of budget and update the management.

• Monitor the procurement of furniture, fixtures and equipment in alignment to the schedule of building works.

• Responsible to organize the launch of new building with end users.

• Provide the necessary support in areas such as strategic budgeting, manpower development and pipeline, clinical services, quality, technology, etc.

• Perform any other duties assigned by your Reporting Officer.

Job Requirements:

• A recognised Degree in Building, Architecture, Project & Facilities Management, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in facilities and project planning and development.

• Proficient in AutoCAD drafting.
