Job Description

• Lead and manage organizational cybersecurity strategies.

• Assess IT needs and recommend improvements to boost security, efficiency, and productivity.

• Advise leadership on tech upgrades and their benefits.

• Oversee IT projects, including updates, migrations, and outages.

• Support IS team management and staff development.

• Identify IT training needs and develop employee training programs.

Requirement

• Min 3 - 4years of relevant experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent

• Skilled in managing Microsoft technologies, including Office 365, Active Directory, and Exchange.

• Strong knowledge of security risk management, compliance, vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, and incident response.

• Experience with security tools (IDS/IPS, firewalls, system hardening) and frameworks.

• Cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) are a strong asset.
