As an Assistant Manager, Information Management Analysis, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Oversee the operations of the analytics support function, ensuring all data requests are processed accurately, appropriately, and within established timelines. This includes identifying opportunities to enhance data accuracy, operational efficiency, and workforce utilization.

• Perform analytics functions such as data extraction, statistical and predictive analysis, publishing management dashboards and intranet content, and presenting findings and insights to management.

• Ensure departmental processes comply with relevant policies and work instructions.

• Provide data support by extracting, reviewing, and analyzing business information from various sources, including the business intelligence data mart.

• Contribute to quality improvement projects, research studies, clinical service programs, and special events.

• Ensure operational continuity, supervise and mentor team members within the section.

• Perform other ad hoc duties, such as acting as the secretariat for task forces, committees, and management meetings, or contributing to specific projects as assigned

Requirements

• Possess a min Degree in Business Analytics or equivalent

• At least 5 years’ experience in business analytics in a healthcare setting or equivalent.

• Experienced in generating performance and operational reports

• Knowledge in project management, data modelling and programming tools such as SQL, AWS Sagemaker is required
