ORGANISATION / DIVISION INFORMATION
MOHT envisions a transformed health system that is patient-centric, data-driven and digitally enabled to better empower health, prevent disease and provide excellent value-based care. To realise this vision, MOHT’s mission is to design and implement innovative solutions essential for the desired health system transformation.

The Integrated General Hospital (IGH) Programme is one of MOHT’s core initiatives, focused on redesigning hospital care delivery and enhancing shared care across health and social settings. Under this programme, the IGH Digital Team leads digital healthcare initiatives that extend patient care beyond traditional hospital walls. The team works closely with stakeholders from both the health and social sectors to develop and manage digital solutions such as One Care Plan (OCP) and One-Rehab, designed as enablers to support existing use cases, programs, and collaborations between providers.

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams across Ministries, Public Healthcare Institutions, technology partners, and community service providers. You will work alongside business, design, and technology experts to develop impactful healthcare solutions.

As a member of the product team, you will play a key role in shaping the One Care Plan (OCP) application and other digital enablers under the IGH programme. You will work closely with stakeholders across healthcare and social sectors to enhance transitional care through digital innovation. This role requires a mix of product thinking, project management, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure OCP evolves to meet the needs of patients and providers.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Manage the OCP product roadmap, maintain the product backlog, and drive scrum-related processes.
  2. Engage stakeholders to identify needs, clarify requirements, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  3. Collaborate with Synapxe and other technical teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
  4. Conduct research, analyze data, and extract insights to enhance product strategy and user experience.
  5. Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and steering committees.
  6. Support other digital projects within IGH Digital as required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  1. Experience in product development, UX research, or Healthtech is an advantage.
  2. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  3. Ability to identify and drive issues to a quick resolution while balancing the needs of the business, the customer and the team; demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple concurrent programs through prioritisation.
  4. Strong communicator with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
  5. Comfortable working in agile environments and cross-functional teams.
  6. Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
  7. At least 3 years in healthcare, IT, or product management.
