Job description

Responsibilities

You will serve as a strategic business partner, supporting our employees across all HR matters. You will be involved in a broad spectrum of HR functions, with a focus on the following key areas, ensuring compliance with HR policies while fostering a positive employee experience:

  • Support the annual performance appraisal process, compensation reviews, incentive payouts, and payroll administration.
  • Prepare and monitor manpower budgets and staff costs, working closely with the Finance team on monthly reporting and forecasting.
  • Manage the end-to-end international assignment process for overseas secondees, including relocation, assignment packages, and tax compliance.
  • Collaborate with universities and academic institutions to attract interns and develop a strong talent pipeline.
  • Implement employee engagement surveys, analyze feedback, and propose initiatives to enhance workplace culture and employee satisfaction.

You will also have the opportunity to participate in HR projects assigned by your Reporting Officer, contributing to both team development and your professional growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least 3 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Experience in compensation & benefits and international assignments is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across all levels.
  • Detail-oriented and confident in working with data and financial figures.
  • A proactive, self-motivated team player with the ability to multitask and manage tasks independently.
  • Eager to learn and able to perform well in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms, particularly SuccessFactors.
