Job description

You will lead the HR Shared Services Team to oversee payroll, compensation and benefits, HR policies and employee mobility processes. This role is critical in ensuring delivery of accurate compensation structures, compliance with global mobility processes. You will play a key role in driving HR operational excellence while supporting strategic organization initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

Payroll Management

  • Oversee end-to-end payroll processing and reporting in compliance with SG regulations and company policies.
  • Ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement, tax filings, and statutory contributions.
  • Works closely with Finance team and vendors (if applicable) to minimize discrepancies and audit requirements.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Formulate and drive competitive employee and compensation policies and processes.
  • Conduct benchmarking and salary structure reviews to ensure competitiveness.
  • Review employee benefits and recommend enhancements to improve employee welfare.
  • Lead review and renewal of employee insurance policies.

HR Policies & Compliance

  • Review and drive HR policies and employee handbook.
  • Ensure company policies remain compliant with SG labour laws and regulations.
  • Subject expert for HR policy related queries and escalations.

Employee Mobility & Relocation

  • Oversee local mobility processes and expats management. Works closely with relocation related stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with employment contracts, workpass, expatriate compensation and benefit structures.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in HR Management/ Business Administration or related disciplines. IHRP-CP/SP certified is preferred.
  • Possess strong leadership experience with at least 5 years of relevant experience with hands on responsibilities across payroll and C&B related matters. Experience in expats management and mobility is an added advantage.
  • Possess strong knowledge of SG employment laws, tax regulations and statutory HR compliance.
  • Experience handling Group Insurance Programs and vendor negotiations.
  • Possess strong stakeholders and management ability, good interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Meticulous with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities.
