You assist in managing all Human Resource (HR)-related matters, serving as the first point of contact for HR queries while managing various personnel functions.
What You Will Be Working On
- Handle performance management and posting matters
- Manage recruitment, regimental discipline, and welfare
- Administer funds and budget according to finance guidelines
- Support corporate Information Technology (IT) requirements
- Act as unit delegated administrator
Challenge(s)
- Keep updated on relevant and latest changes in HR initiatives and directives
- Work closely with various stakeholders on HR matters
