A leading healthcare organization in Singapore is looking for an HR professional to manage performance management, staff engagement, and other HR functions. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of HR experience and excellent communication skills. This role offers the opportunity to work on corporate projects and implement innovative HR initiatives.
As a key member of our HR team, you will execute functions including - Performance Management, Staff Recognition and Awards, Manpower Reporting, Staff Engagement Programmes and Work-Life Programmes implementation. You will also be involved in corporate committees and projects.
