You will manage performance evaluations, staff recognition, and implement staff engagement programmes. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of HR experience, including supervisory roles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HRIS is required. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to corporate activities and projects.
As a key member of our HR team, you will execute functions including - Performance Management, Staff Recognition and Awards, Manpower Reporting, Staff Engagement Programmes and Work-Life Programmes implementation. You will also be involved in corporate committees and projects.
