The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to streamline HR processes through automation, driving digital transformation across teams. Job scope:
· Identify and lead opportunities to streamline and enhance HR processes through automation
· Develop solutions using automation tools to reduce manual workload

· Lead end-to-end transformation projects — from ideation to execution
· Advocate for digital transformation and build capability across HR teams
Requirements:
· Experience in Robotic Process Automation
· 3–5 years of experience in HR, automation, or process improvement
