Patec Pte Ltd seeks a skilled Assistant Manager / Manager to lead the implementation of a new group-wide HRMS system. This role requires managing project timelines, overseeing system administration, and collaborating with various departments to enhance HR processes. Ideal candidates will have experience in HRMS projects and project management skills. Candidates with a background in Human Resources or Information Technology and relevant certification will be preferred.
We're looking for a highly skilled and driven Assistant Manager / Manager, HR Systems & Projects to spearhead the implementation of our new group-wide HRMS system. This pivotal role will see you acting as the lead project manager for this exciting initiative, and subsequently, as the system administrator for the new HRMS. You'll also lend your project management expertise to the IT department on other key projects.
What You'll Do:
Lead HRMS Implementation: Take ownership of the end-to-end implementation of a new group-wide HRMS system, from planning and vendor selection to configuration, testing, and rollout.
Project Management: Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources for the HRMS implementation. You'll ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
System Administration: Become the go-to expert and system administrator for the new HRMS, managing user access, data integrity, system configurations, and ongoing maintenance.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Group HR, Group IT, and various business units to gather requirements, ensure seamless integration, and facilitate user adoption.
Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes through effective utilization of the HRMS, driving efficiency and data accuracy.
User Training & Support: Develop training materials and conduct sessions to ensure all users are proficient with the new system. Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting.
IT Project Support: Collaborate with the Group IT department on other critical projects, leveraging your project management skills to contribute to broader organizational initiatives.
Reporting & Analytics: Develop and generate HRMS reports and dashboards to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making.
What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HRMS implementation and management, with a proven track record of successfully leading large-scale HRMS projects.
Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies and tools.
Strong understanding of various HR functions and processes (e.g., payroll, recruitment, performance management, talent development).
Experience as a system administrator for a major HRMS platform (experience with BIPO HRMS will be an added advantage).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities, with a knack for translating technical information for non-technical audiences.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus.
