Job Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate HR systems initiatives, including implementation of attendance tracking tools and digital process enhancements across multiple platforms.
Ensure smooth integration and functionality of HR technologies, managing post-launch support, troubleshooting, and ongoing system upgrades.
Drive project planning by analyzing operational needs, mapping workflows, validating data quality, conducting system testing, and overseeing transitions with clear documentation and approvals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, tech partners, and external vendors to resolve system challenges and enhance user experience.
Perform regular compliance checks and audits to maintain system accuracy and identify opportunities for process optimization.
Create and refine process documentation and user materials aligned with regulatory standards and best practices.
Provide analytical support for workforce data insights and contribute to various strategic or ad-hoc projects as needed.
Job Requirements:
Holds a degree in a related discipline.
Brings over five years of hands-on experience in HR systems and project delivery, with practical exposure to major enterprise platforms and workforce management tools.
Possesses a structured, analytical mindset with strong technical acumen and organizational capabilities.
Skilled in engaging with diverse stakeholders and building collaborative relationships across functions.
Proactive and solution-oriented, with a track record of addressing challenges with practical, scalable approaches.
Demonstrates the ability to work independently in fast-paced environments, managing competing priorities effectively.
Proven experience in leading and mentoring teams, ensuring project and operational success.
Preferably proficient in Workday, BIPO or Humanforce.
