A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Manager, HR Business Partner (Healthcare) to provide effective HR support, manage employee feedback, and innovate recruitment strategies within the healthcare sector. Job Description:
· Provide effective administrative HR support to strategic stakeholders and play a key role in HR operations in areas of talent acquisition, retention, development, and employee welfare and engagement.
· Manage employee feedback in a tactful manner during dialogue sessions and walkabout sessions, providing a conducive working environment.
· Engage and support in projects and events management while being involved in HR administrative affairs, including but not limited to industrial relations, staff wellness, internships, scholarships / sponsorships, maintaining a strong pipeline of talents.
· Innovate recruitment and retention programs and strategies and initiate business partnership activities to strengthen business relations that are critical in transformation of healthcare recruitment processes.
· Ensure employment law compliance and alignment of operations with policies in healthcare HR.
· Manage manpower budget and implement manpower optimization strategies
Requirements:
· Min. Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
· Min. 5–10 years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial or strategic HR role
· Proficient in HR systems, data analysis, and MS Office tools
· Experience in the healthcare sector is advantageous
