Job description

Assistant Manager (HR Business Partner)

Reporting to the Assistant Director , you will partner with Heads of Departments (HODs) to provide HR guidance and service delivery across manpower planning, talent acquisition, HR operations, employee relations, and engagement.


Key Responsibilities:

Manpower Planning & Analytics:

  • Collaborate with HODs to forecast manpower needs, analyze workforce data, and generate actionable insights.
  • Provide reports on hiring, attrition, retention, and leave trends.

Talent Acquisition & HR Operations:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including approvals, shortlisting, salary proposals, and offers.
  • Liaise with stakeholders for licensing, accreditation, and privileging of medical staff.
  • Implement and review HR policies, workflows, and compliance processes.
  • Oversee onboarding, exit interviews, contract renewals, work passes, and HR-related billing.

Employee Relations & Engagement:

  • Investigate workplace misconduct and employee grievances, ensuring proper resolution.
  • Advise HODs on performance, risk management, and staff counseling.
  • Recommend interventions to enhance employee engagement.

Projects & Process Improvement:

  • Drive process efficiency initiatives and support HR projects as assigned.
