Job description

Our Client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant Manager to join their dynamic HR team, gaining experience in full spectrum of HR functions including, Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, Performance Management.

1. End-to-End Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from job posting and sourcing to onboarding.

  • Partner with hiring departments to understand workforce needs and develop tailored strategies.

  • Support long-term manpower planning and develop a talent pipeline, including through scholarship administration.

2. Strategic HR Business Partnering

  • Act as a HR advisor to business units, aligning people strategies with operational goals.

  • Support annual HR exercises including performance management, goal setting, and development planning.

  • Collaborate with leadership to anticipate talent gaps and workforce challenges.

3. Employee Engagement & Culture Building

  • Drive initiatives that enhance employee experience, engagement, and retention.

  • Organize wellness, team-bonding, and recognition programmes that foster a positive workplace culture.

  • Mediate and resolve employee relations issues with professionalism and empathy.

4. HR Reporting & Insights

  • Track key HR metrics and generate actionable reports to guide strategic decision-making.

  • Contribute to data-driven HR initiatives and process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • At least 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with more experience will be considered for more senior appointments.

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing tools, and interviewing techniques.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and MS Office applications.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
