Job description

Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to acquire the best talents to meet business needs.

• Implement talent acquisition strategies, processes and programs to drive effective

recruitment.

• Provide HR advisory services to Business Units (BUs) to meet business goals.

• Support business strategy implementation (manpower strategies, talent development

programs, operational requirements etc).

• Manage full spectrum of HR operational matters, including onboarding, transfers,

appointments, re-employment, contract renewals, disciplinary matters, performance

management, and offboarding.

• Manage and provide guidance and coaching to managers and team members.

• Manage team member engagement and relations.

• Implement HR solutions and ensure compliance with labour laws and HR policies.

• Participate in progressive HR or cross-functional improvement projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in HR or business-related discipline minimum 5 years of

experience in hiring and business partnering.

• Confident and articulate, with good people management and judgement abilities.

• Able to think on the feet and provide appropriate HR advice and solutions.

• High energy and drive to manage high volume and dynamic ground issues.

• Meticulous, organised and analytical.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Suites (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
