Job Summary:

The Assistant Manager will support the operations and contract management functions within the Group Hospitality department. This role is crucial to ensuring seamless daily operations, contract compliance, and vendor performance in a healthcare or hospitality environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the supervisor in managing vendors and ensuring contracts are properly executed and fulfilled.

  • Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and track performance metrics.

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, staffing, and administration of daily hospitality operations at the institutional level.

  • Oversee the implementation of operational processes in line with contractual obligations.

  • Act as deputy in the absence of the Institution Lead, ensuring business continuity and consistent decision-making.

  • Manage documentation related to payments and liquidated damages (LDs).

  • Contribute to annual budget planning and monitoring.

  • Participate in and support the execution of various projects and improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in any discipline with minimum 3 years’ work experience in Healthcare/Hospitality industry

  • Healthcare operational experience will be advantageous

  • Analytical, quantitative with strong communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint
