As an Assistant Manager, Housekeeping (Hospital), you will be responsible for the following duties:
Provide support to the supervisor in managing vendors and overseeing contract execution
Assist in the planning, coordination, staffing, and daily operational administration
Ensure effective implementation and management of contracts across the institution
Act as the reporting officer in their absence
Oversee and ensure contract adherence and implementation
Monitor, validate, and assess vendor performance
Manage and support day-to-day operational activities
Handle payment processing and assess liquidated damages (LDs) when applicable
Maintain and update the knowledge management system
Contribute to the annual budget planning process
Participate in project planning and execution
Requirements
A recognized degree, preferably in contract management within a healthcare or hospitality environment
Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
