Job Description:
- Assist the supervisor in overseeing vendor relations and ensuring contract obligations are met
- Support the planning, coordination, staffing, and administration of daily operational activities
- Ensure effective implementation and management of contracts at the institutional level
- Act as the deputy in the absence of the reporting officer
- Monitoring and ensuring ompliance with contract terms
- Reviewing and validating vendor performance
- Managing day-to-day operational processes
- Processing payments and handling liquidated damages (LDs)
- Maintaining documentation and records for knowledge sharing
- Supporting the development of the annual budget
- Contributing to the planning and execution of various projects
Requirements:
