Who We Need

The digital transformation roadmap has lined up a series of tech refresh projects to modernize the patient management systems with AI, automation and smart technologies to deliver proactive, patient-centered care while maximizing efficiency and performance.
The Assistant Manager is responsible for leading of high-impact technology projects that enhance healthcare delivery. He/She will oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of projects within defined timelines, budgets and quality standard. The responsibility includes coordinating with various departments and managing vendor relationships to deliver the system on schedule. He/She will also assist in administrative tasks as assigned by the Senior Manager who heads the application department.
How to Succeed
Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
Minimum 10 years in systems development and implementation with 5+ years of project management experience in healthcare IT.
Strong experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies with PMP or relevant certificates a plus.
Fast learner with the ability to pick up new technologies quickly.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage stakeholders.
Self-driven and independent.
