Overview

Assistant Manager, Group Clinical Education (2 Years Contract)

Family Group: Administration

Responsibilities
  • Resident Deployment
    • Support the coordination of resident deployment and manpower needs
    • Track and document resident movements and rotations across institutions
    • Maintain accurate deployment records and generate regular reports for stakeholders
    • Attend to enquiries from stakeholders about resident deployment, ensuring clarity and accuracy
  • Data Management & Reporting
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records, including rotation schedules, leave of absence applications, and resident movements
    • Generate timely and precise reports to stakeholders, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
    • Compile analytical reports for stakeholders' review and support data-driven decision-making through accurate record keeping
  • Onboarding and Offboarding Management
    • Execute resident onboarding operations, including administration of training agreements, setting up IT and clinical access, and preparation of staff IDs, name tags and other essential items
    • Execute offboarding process, including arrangement of exit interviews, deactivation of IT access, return of NHG properties, and reporting to relevant stakeholders
  • Administrative Support
    • Work within established MOH, MOHH, and NHG guidelines
    • Support daily operations and administrative needs
    • Collaborate with training partners and departments
    • Assist with operational improvements as needed
  • The Executive is also expected to assist and support initiatives and projects as assigned, to achieve the institution's vision, mission, and strategic objectives.
Qualifications
  • Education & Experience:
  • a) Degree in a relevant field, with at least 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • b) Experience in healthcare or educational institutions will be an advantage
  • c) Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (Intermediate level or above; skills assessment will be part of the selection process)
  • d) Excellent organisational, coordination, and time-management skills
  • e) Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, both verbal and written
  • f) Meticulous with strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • g) Proficient in handling large volumes of data accurately
  • h) Reliable and proactive team player who can work independently under guidance
  • i) Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities
