Job summary
A financial services firm in Singapore is seeking a professional to coordinate operational activities for managed funds. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in asset management, be proficient in written and spoken Chinese and English, and have a solid knowledge of regulatory guidelines. This role includes responsibilities such as overseeing investor communications and ensuring compliance with KYC/AML requirements.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in portfolio management or asset management.
- Accredited as a Representative by MAS.
- Experience in fund management under MAS licence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily operational activities for managed funds.
- Support onboarding of investors, ensuring KYC/AML documentation complies with MAS guidelines.
- Liaise with fund administrators, custodians, transfer agents, counterparties, and other service providers to ensure smooth operational flow.
- Coordinate investor communications, including performance reports, notices and updates, while maintaining high standards of data confidentiality and investor servicing.
- Review and monitor fund NAVs, assisting in reconciliation and timely resolution of discrepancies.
- Coordinate the calculation, validation and review of management fees, performance fees and fund expenses.
- Support fund accounting and audit processes in collaboration with external service providers, including review of monthly financial statements prepared by administrators.
- Assist with ad-hoc research and preparation of materials for investment reports as required.
- Work with internal teams to provide a high level of service to clients and portfolio managers.
- Ensure all operational activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in portfolio management, investment advisory, or asset management.
- Currently accredited as a Representative by MAS.
- Experience in fund management under a MAS licence.
- Solid knowledge of the Securities and Futures Act (SFA) and guidelines issued by relevant regulatory authorities.
- Proficient in written and spoken Chinese and English.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
- Professional qualifications such as CFA, CAIA or equivalent are preferred.
