Job summary

Qualifications

  • CMFAS qualifications (M5, M9, M9A and HI) are ideal.

Responsibilities

  • Review and maintain policies and procedures related to AML/CFT, Anti-Fraud, and Fair Dealing.
  • Perform AML reviews and manage monitoring to mitigate ML/TF risks.
  • Conduct training for new and existing staff.

Responsibilities

  • Review and maintain the Policies and Procedures (AML/CFT, ABC, WB, Anti-Fraud & Fair Dealing) to ensure that they remain relevant and up-to-date.

  • Perform AML reviews in a timely and proper manner and ongoing monitoring to manage and mitigate ML/TF risks.

  • Manage market conduct risks through Balanced Scorecard (“BSC”) post-transaction checks, sales compliance reviews and investigation of market misconducts.

  • Develop and conduct training for new and existing staff.

  • Carry out any other tasks assigned by Head, Financial Crime & Market Conduct Compliance

Requirements

  • Degree in relevant fields.

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a financial institution, focusing on AML/CFT and fraud.
