Job summary

Ocean Network Express in Singapore seeks a finance professional to drive analysis of operating and financial performance for invested entities within Global Terminal Management. You will review KPIs and support budgeting and reporting.

You will monitor budgets, prepare updates on performance and assist governance reviews. A Diploma/Bachelor in Finance, Accounting or related field and 4–5 years in group company management in shipping are required.

Qualifications

Expertise in financial statement analysis and performance tracking.
Strong budgeting skills and variance analysis.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Experience working in a multicultural organisation and teams.

Responsibilities

Engage with invested entities under Global Terminal Management to review operating and financial performance.
Assist in monitoring operational KPIs, identifying and analyzing performance gaps.
Prepare and present regular updates on entities' performance, related projects and key discussions.
Review companies' annual budgets including capital expenditure plans and assist to obtain Management approval.
Analyse budget vs actual financial performance of invested entities.
Manage day-to-day corporate administrative operations and oversee key shareholder-related matters.
Collaborate across departments to support various projects and ad hoc tasks.
