Job description

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Daily Accounts Payable / Receivable (AP/AR) function.
  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of AP/AR activities and compliance with Group policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Respond to and handle queries from Vendors and end-users
    • Support and resolve service requests.
    • Provide information on processes.
    • Address emergency requests appropriately.
  • Handle external auditor inquiries.
  • Work and resource plan to meet daily workload and plan ahead.
  • Participate in digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives as assigned.
  • Perform ad hoc activities and tasks as required.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum Degree in accounting or equivalent.
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
  • Good knowledge of SAP system, GST & Withholding Tax treatment.
