Qualifications

About the role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Finance and Human Resource Executive to join our team at SingGas (LPG) Pte Ltd in the Kaki Bukit East Region. As a full-time employee, you will be assisting CFO to perform a range of Financial reports and HR functions to contribute to the success of the organization.

What you'll be doing

  • Handling employee onboarding and offboarding processes

  • Maintaining and updating HR records and policies

  • Providing support for employee relations and performance management

  • Assisting with the recruitment and selection of new hires

  • Collaborating with management on strategic HR initiatives

  • Maintaining and updating company insurance records and policies

  • Liaising with Insurance agents for all the company insurance policies renewal

  • Assisting CFO to perform a range of Financial reports as required

  • Experiences in Transfer Pricing report would be an advantage to this role

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar Finance and HR role

  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in using HR information systems and data analysis

  • Ability to work collaboratively and handle multiple tasks effectively

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Accounting or a related field
