Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management and financial accounting
  • Support on Financial Profitability & Analysis, Month End Closing and Financial Reporting
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to collate and analyse information to perform and prepare budget, monthly rolling forecast and cashflow projections
  • Ensure compliance with Financial Authority Limits, Singapore Financial Reporting Standards and accepted policies and procedures.
  • Handle treasury and cash management.
  • Prepare financial statements and liaise with auditor on year-end statutory compliance audit
  • Liaise with Tax agent on year-end tax filing and GST compliance
  • Co-ordination with overseas associates for monthly financial reporting and year end audit.
  • Business Partnering - Business partners on group reporting, work with finance business partners to guide on decision making and strategy setting, tracking and providing financial performance/information.
  • Ad-hoc projects - From time to time, support ad-hoc project requirements

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, or related fields
  • 5–8 years of experience in financial reporting and budgeting, with the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of SAP, latest accounting standards and tax guidelines, and proficiency in MS Office.
