NTU College of Engineering seeks an experienced Faculty Affairs Administrator to coordinate recruitment across CoE schools, organise campus visits, and liaise with Faculty Administrators and HRBPs. You will manage appointment and reappointment documentation and track recruitment progress for leadership reporting.
You will also oversee annual faculty appraisal, contribute to development initiatives, and support promotion and tenure processes.
Education and Experience: A recognised university degree, preferably in engineering, business management, or a related field. At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in human resources, faculty academic administration, or related fields. Experience with faculty affairs is highly advantageous.
