Assistant Manager - Export Sales and Marketing
As an Assistant Manager Export Sales & Marketing at a leading manufacturer of high-quality food colors, cosmetic pigments, pharmaceutical colors, and fluorescent dyes, you will be responsible for driving the export sales and marketing of food color products across global markets. Your role will involve business development, client servicing, international marketing, and export operations.You will be expected to identify and develop new customers and distribution channels in export markets, achieve sales targets, and drive market expansion. Managing client relationships, handling key accounts, executing marketing plans, and tracking competitor trends will be crucial aspects of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will be responsible for handling export documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance, and coordinating shipping activities. Collaborating with internal teams for product customization and providing technical support will also be part of your role. Preparation of sales forecasts and performance reports will be essential to track the success of your initiatives.The ideal candidate for this position will possess excellent command of English with strong written and verbal communication skills. You should have proven experience in managing export sales and international marketing, along with proficiency in email and phone communication with overseas clients. A willingness and readiness to travel internationally for customer meetings is also required.Qualifications for this role include a graduate degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with an MBA in International Business being preferred. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and export documentation systems is essential to effectively carry out your responsibilities.The compensation for this role is competitive and will not be a constraint for the right candidate, with an approximate salary range of 12-18 Lakhs per annum.
