What will you be doing?
- Accountable for the overall e-commerce sales performance across pureplay (Redmart, Shopee, Amazon, Official Stores), omnichannel (FPON), and quick commerce platforms (Grabmart, Pandamart). Focus on driving sales conversion, category expansion, and pricing competitiveness.
- Develop and implement data-driven growth strategies to increase market share, revenue, and profitability in the e-commerce ecosystem.
- Lead demand forecasting, work with supply chain and logistics to optimize inventory and prevent BBD risks.
- Build strategic partnerships with key e-commerce accounts through JBPs, aligning on growth, promotional investments, and performance metrics.
- Negotiate with e-commerce retailers to secure better terms, manage promotional spend, and optimize ROI.
- Drive regional e-commerce initiatives, align strategies across markets, and explore new digital trends like live shopping and DTC innovations.
Are you the one?
- Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in Key Account management for E-Commerce.
- Strong commercial acumen, leadership skills, and ability to structure agreements.
- Experience with S&OP, KPI analysis, and cross-team collaboration.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
