Job summary

A major leisure and entertainment complex in Singapore seeks a Campaign Manager to assist in managing marketing campaigns and project coordination. Job Responsibilities

This role focuses on Campaign Management within Event & Promotion:-

  • Assist Director / Assistant Director to manage the planning, execution, and maintenance of campaign systems and automation tools, ensuring system accuracy and data integrity
  • Supervise and support the execution of marketing campaigns, automation systems, complimentary adjustments, and communication efforts to ensure seamless delivery and accuracy
  • Provide inputs and insights to the Business Development team regarding targeted member segments to optimize campaign effectiveness and customer engagement
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in the awarding, usage, and expiration of loyalty points and ensure compliance with internal principles and policies across all channels and 3rd-party merchants at all times
  • Liaise with IT and relevant business units to ensure the appropriate management, accessibility, and integrity of marketing data for campaign execution and analysis
  • Monitor industry trends, and cross-industry best practices
  • Lead and support the coordination and execution of business-related projects across multiple departments, ensuring on-time, within-scope, and on-budget delivery

Job Requirements

  • Degree / Diploma in Business Administration or Marketing with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar capacity
  • Proven track record in planning, managing and execution of successful marketing campaigns and systems
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and leverage insights to drive marketing strategies
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills to effectively coordinate multiple campaigns at a time
