Job Responsibilities
This role focuses on Campaign Management within Event & Promotion:-
- Assist Director / Assistant Director to manage the planning, execution, and maintenance of campaign systems and automation tools, ensuring system accuracy and data integrity
- Supervise and support the execution of marketing campaigns, automation systems, complimentary adjustments, and communication efforts to ensure seamless delivery and accuracy
- Provide inputs and insights to the Business Development team regarding targeted member segments to optimize campaign effectiveness and customer engagement
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in the awarding, usage, and expiration of loyalty points and ensure compliance with internal principles and policies across all channels and 3rd-party merchants at all times
- Liaise with IT and relevant business units to ensure the appropriate management, accessibility, and integrity of marketing data for campaign execution and analysis
- Monitor industry trends, and cross-industry best practices
- Lead and support the coordination and execution of business-related projects across multiple departments, ensuring on-time, within-scope, and on-budget delivery
Job Requirements
- Degree / Diploma in Business Administration or Marketing with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar capacity
- Proven track record in planning, managing and execution of successful marketing campaigns and systems
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and leverage insights to drive marketing strategies
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong project management skills to effectively coordinate multiple campaigns at a time
