Do you have a background in electrical engineering, combined with a passion for market research, business development, venture investment, and sustainable innovation?

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to work on cutting-edge energy transition initiatives—from feasibility studies and stakeholder engagement to startup collaboration and pilot project execution.

? Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute electrification and energy storage projects (e.g. microgrids, B.E.S.S, OPS)

• Conduct market analysis and feasibility studies in the energy transition and port decarbonization space

• Build partnerships with regulators, startups, and tech providers

• Support financial modelling and investment assessments

• Collaborate on startup scouting and portfolio management within sustainability innovation

? Ideal Background:

• 2–3 years of experience in energy markets or infrastructure in Southeast Asia

• Familiar with electricity tariffs, regulatory frameworks, and cost recovery models

• Exposure to startup ecosystems, clean tech, or venture investment is a plus

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills
