Banyan Group is looking for an E-Commerce Operations Assistant Manager to support its extensive portfolio across multiple brands. This role involves managing E-Commerce activities, website content, and analytics to ensure consistency across revenue-generating platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong project management skills and a minimum of 5 years of experience in E-Commerce operations, preferably in a B2C environment.

The Role
The E-Commerce Operations Assistant Manager will support the E-Commerce operations portfolio of Banyan Tree Hotels and Resorts across all brands.
Reporting to the E-Commerce Operations Manager, this position will be the key in supporting website operations across various revenue-generating sites in the areas of website management, project management, data analytics and governance of online support to properties/BUs. This role will be a key enabler in driving global consistency of E-Commerce initiatives.
