Assistant Manager, E-commerce Project Office

The Strategic Planning and Analytics team supports the Group President and the rest of the Top Leadership’s initiatives across Consumer Lending and Digital Banking businesses by closely collaborating with Regional and Local teams on a variety of topics covering two major streams:

1. Regular Top Leadership analytical support for key meetings like Management Board and Board of Directors.
2. Ad-hoc projects covering key topics like marketing spend efficiency, monetisation improvements, new opportunity assessment, etc.

• Conducts internal operational analysis and external benchmarking to uncover growth opportunities and identify initiatives to improve efficiency within the E-commerce business unit.
• Partners with cross-functional teams across the E-commerce unit to implement strategic initiatives, including those related to growth acceleration and operational enhancements.
• Performs in-depth research and analysis on E-commerce market trends, regulatory and policy developments (e.g., tariffs, trade policy), competitive dynamics, and consumer behavior to inform strategic planning.
• Supports both regular and ad-hoc business reviews through historical performance analysis, KPI tracking, and forecasting to provide actionable insights and guide business decisions.

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Minimum of 2 years of full-time working experience in a top-tier strategy consulting firm.
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems using both quantitative and qualitative analytical techniques, with a strong sense of curiosity and drive to uncover root causes.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills—or a willingness to grow these capabilities in a dynamic setting.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with frequent change.
