WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
- Accountable for the overall e-commerce sales performance across pureplay (Redmart, Shopee Supermarket, Amazon, Official Stores), omnichannel (FPON), and quick commerce platforms (Grabmart, Pandamart). Primarily to drive sales conversion, category expansion, and pricing competitiveness across key e-commerce accounts.
- Develop and implement data-driven growth strategies to increase market share, revenue, and profitability in the e-commerce ecosystem.
Strategic Ownership of E-Commerce Sales & Growth
- Accountable for the overall e-commerce sales performance across various platforms, focusing on sales conversion, category expansion, and pricing strategies.
- Develop and implement data-driven growth strategies to increase market share, revenue, and profitability.
Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) for Forecast Accuracy
- Lead the e-commerce demand forecasting process, ensuring precise volume projections to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Work closely with supply chain, logistics, and commercial teams to prevent BBD risks, avoid inventory write-offs, and improve operational efficiency.
Strategic Account Management & Joint Business Planning (JBP)
- Build and nurture strong strategic partnerships with key e-commerce accounts through annual JBPs to ensure long-term business relationships.
- Develop mutually beneficial growth roadmaps with e-commerce platforms in collaboration with the Trade Marketing team, aligning on category expansion, promotional investments, and performance metrics.
Negotiation & Commercial Strategy with E-Commerce Buyers
- Lead commercial negotiations with e-commerce retailers to secure better terms, including discount structures, ad placements, and promotional funding.
- Optimize promotional spending by balancing trade spend efficiency and ROI on visibility investments (ads, banners, homepages, etc.).
Regional E-Commerce Leadership & Cross-Market Synergies
- Drive regional e-commerce initiatives by aligning strategies across different markets for synchronized campaigns, mega sale events, and omnichannel activations.
- Explore new digital commerce trends, including live shopping, AI-powered personalization, and DTC innovations, to stay ahead of competitors.
ARE YOU THE ONE?
- Minimum Degree Holder (Business Administration or related field).
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Key Account management for E-Commerce.
- Strong commercial acumen and leadership skills to drive profitable growth across digital platforms.
- Proven ability to structure win-win agreements with e-commerce partners.
- Expertise in S&OP processes for forecasting and inventory management.
- Ability to analyze KPIs and optimize strategies based on insights.
- Experience collaborating with supply chain, marketing, finance, and digital teams.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
