Job summary

CapitaLand Investment Limited in Singapore is seeking a platform and product operations professional to oversee product management, delivery, platform operations, system integrations, and cybersecurity across digital assets. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology-related disciplines (e.g. Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems).
• Candidates with two or more years of relevant experience or fresh graduates with strong internship, project, or AI-related experience.

• Manage critical application and cybersecurity incidents along with appointed AMS vendor(s) and infrastructure teams

• Knowledge of UI/UX principles, user journey design, usability testing, and digital adoption practices


• Strong technical aptitude with exposure to cloud technologies, including Kubernetes, DevOps, cloud platforms, system integrations, APIs, and modern application architectures.


• Familiarity with Agentic AI solutions from either Western or Eastern ecosystems such as OpenAI Codex, Microsoft CoWork and Copilot Studio, Anthropic Claude Code, Kimi Code, GLM ZCode or Qwen Qoder.


• Proactive, excellent team player, strong communications and problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
