The Role
The Digital Marketing Assistant Manager will support the Digital Marketing portfolio of Banyan Tree Hotels and Resorts across all brands.
Reporting to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, this position will be key in supporting digital marketing operations, global campaigns management, paid media management, SEO initiatives and performance analytics across the group. This role will be a key enabler in driving global consistency in digital marketing strategies and enhancing operational efficiency.
Job Description
Digital Marketing Operations
- Plan and execute digital marketing activities in accordance with annual calendar
- Digital marketing requests management across key stakeholders such as from properties, other business units and with agencies
- Conduct regular audits of digital assets to ensure brand compliance and consistency
- Assist in global digital marketing workshops and toolkits, including logistics coordination and content preparation
Global Campaigns
- Assist in planning, executing and optimizing global tactical campaigns
- Support in content and creative asset management, ensuring timely deployment across digital platforms
Paid Media
- Support in paid media execution across relevant channels
Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
- Support in keywords audit and coordination with properties, GMB audit and implementation and ongoing content SEO optimization
Reports & Analytics
- Actively monitor digital marketing performance via performance dashboards and Google Analytics for actionable insights and recommendations
- Manage reporting needs such as but not limited to regular digital marketing KPI tracking and analysis, campaign performance reports, competitor monitoring, etc
Requirements
- Digital Marketing experience in B2C environments, preferably with a minimum of 5 years working experience
- Experience in managing diverse markets and working with multiple stakeholders across various countries and functions. China market experience will be a plus
- Solid experience across various digital marketing areas, including but not limited to campaign management, paid media, SEO and analytics
- Experience with agency management and digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Google - Ads, Facebook Business Manager etc.)
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail, resourcefulness and can-do mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
