Job summary

As Assistant Manager of the Day Club Lounge at CÉ LA VI, you help lead one of the most relaxed and uplifting spaces in our experience. You’ll coach and inspire your team to anticipate needs, remember the little details and go the extra mile for every guest — turning a great afternoon into a truly memorable one.

It’s a hands-on leadership role for a home-grown brand born in Singapore and now open around the world.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of progressive hospitality leadership experience.
• Ability to coach and develop team members.
• Focus on anticipating guest needs with warmth and confidence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the Day Club Lounge team across shifts.
• Coach and provide feedback to team members on service delivery.
• Be hands-on on the floor, handling guest interactions and recovery when needed.

• Bring at least 5 years of progressive hospitality leadership experience, ideally in day clubs, beach clubs, lounges or nightlife
• Take pride in service excellence and set the standard for your team, every single shift

• Handle feedback and service recovery with warmth, calm and confidence — always hands-on on the floor
