Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SATS Data Science team in delivering Analytics, Business Intelligence, and AI/ML solutions.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to develop AI/ML frameworks and models.
• Design and deploy AI/ML models using advanced tools and technologies.
• Manage cross-functional teams to develop, deploy, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and ML systems.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new AI/ML products.
• Engage senior management with insights to improve business processes.

Key Requirements

Technical Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Science, IT, or related field; 3-6 years of AI/ML experience.
• Proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch.
• Experience with prompt engineering for Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience developing chatbots and agent-based systems using OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or similar.
• Familiarity with low-code/no-code AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Strong background in deep learning, computer vision, and analytics.
• Experience deploying models with Microsoft Azure AI Foundry and ML Workspace.
• Experience working with data platforms like Databricks and Data Lakehouse.
