Roles & Responsibilities
Manages a team who maintains the employee’s HR data that directly support payroll processing. Continuous seeking process improvement to achieve better efficiency and accuracy.
• Motivate a team of officers to comply with Service Level Agreement mutually agreed with Business Partners
Identify process gaps, perform root-cause analysis, streamline processes and implement improvement projects
Analyse, prepare and perform accurate and timely input of company and personal data into SAP, to ensure compliances to audit requirements
Review forms, processes and procedures towards data completeness and consistency
Work closely with Payroll team to ensure reliability of data in meeting overall pay run timelines
Prepare and update working manuals to facilitate On The Job learning
Work closely with Business Units, GHR and IS Team on any change/ service request due to changes in HR policies or other automation projects.
Fulfil company and employee related data information needs of Management team, GHR and Business Units
Attend to and process employee’s queries and request whilst maintaining a confidential and sensitive work environment
Liaise with internal and external auditors on employees’ data and headcount matters
Skills & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business and/or Information Systems or Diploma or related discipline with 1-2 years of working experience, preferably in Shared Service environment
Hands-on knowledge of SAP or equivalent HR Information System will be an advantagGood oral and written communication skills
A thorough understanding of HR practices, policies and procedures
