Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of advanced data analytics strategies, including automated pipelines and ETL processes.

  • Clean, validate, and analyze large healthcare datasets using statistical and machine learning techniques.

  • Design intuitive dashboards and visualizations tailored for non-technical audiences.

  • Support clinical research and quality improvement with predictive models and AI-driven solutions.

  • Collaborate with clinical teams and partners to integrate patient-reported outcomes and enhance data accessibility.

  • Monitor data integrity through validation and quality assurance processes.

  • Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy laws, and responsible AI practices.

  • Prepare clear reports and communicate insights to stakeholders for informed decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (Computer Science, Mathematics, Data

    Analytics, Data Science, Statistics or related field); Master's degree preferred

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in healthcare analytics or related field

  • At least 2-3 years of leadership experience is preferred

  • Advanced proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL

  • Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI and TIBCO

    Spotfire

  • Experience with cloud-based analytic platforms preferably Databricks

  • Experience with statistical techniques and data mining methods, such as correlation

    analysis, predictive modelling, A/B testing, and time series forecasting

  • Experience in implementing and fine-tuning AI models, including knowledge of LLMs

    and their applications in healthcare

  • Experience with cloud computing platforms, particularly AWS

  • Proficiency in containerisation technologies including Docker and Kubernetes

  • Experience with web development frameworks including Streamlit, NextJS, and

    TypeScript

  • Proficiency in FastAPI or equivalent REST API frameworks

  • Knowledge of database concepts and experience with database management tools

    such as SQLAlchemy

  • Experience in handling large datasets is a plus

  • Proficiency in Git version control and collaborative development

  • Strong understanding of CI/CD and DevSecOps practices

  • Strong understanding of healthcare systems and medical terminology

  • Proven track record in stakeholder management and project delivery

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Strong communication, presentation, writing, and interpersonal skills

  • Strong attention to detail and proven ability to handle and analyse data accurately

  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

  • Team player with a positive attitude and ability to work within deadlines

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
