Job description

  • Permanent headcount, based in Singapore
  • Advisory/ Accounting firm
  • Candidates must have relevant restructuring insolvency experience

Responsibilities would include:

  • Perform corporate recovery engagements, for example liquidation, receivership, judicial management, scheme of arrangement, monitoring / special accountant and debt restructuring
  • Lead advisory services on business strategies based on agreed-upon procedures, due diligence engagements and business advisory
  • Preparing letters, notices, emails, reports-writing, restructuring proposals
  • Information gathering from books / records of clients and third parties, Investigation of past transactions
  • Ensure high service standards and reporting deadlines are met

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably accounting
  • Good communication and reporting-writing skills, understand basic financial statements/ balance sheet
  • Able to read financial statements, have numeric sense/ acumen, financial analysis/ review skills
  • Years of experience: 3-6 years of relevant restructuring experience
  • Good analytical skills with ability to interpret data, generate insights and construct solutions
  • Good team player, family culture
