The upcoming Eastern General Hospital (EGH) seeks to provide excellent healthcare and promote healing that is centred around each person. When operational, EGH will provide a comprehensive range of inpatient and outpatient clinical specialties and healthcare services covering emergency, acute and secondary care. You will be part of a team to develop and facilitate key organisational processes such as the corporate planning cycle, performance management and reporting, and enterprise risk management, to enable EGH to meet its organisational goals and objectives. You will also undertake other assignments, including supporting the service planning process, as required by the department.

Requirements
  • Recognised degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, preferably in a healthcare environment and/or corporate planning role
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office tools. Knowledge of business intelligence and analytics platforms/software such as Tableau, PowerBI, SPSS, SAS, Stata or R would be an advantage
  • Team player with excellent planning, analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to work well and adapt to change in fast-paced and evolving conditions
