We're looking for an Assistant Manager, Corporate Communications who’s passionate about creating engaging narratives, fostering connections, and contributing to purposeful brand storytelling across platforms.
What you’ll be doing
· Collaborate closely with the Corporate Communications Manager to create and implement communication strategies that align with the company's objectives and values.
· Lead the development of high-quality content across press releases, corporate statements, thought leadership, newsletters, social media, and other digital platforms.
· Oversee branding content and signage within Kingsmen HQ, ensuring a consistent and cohesive visual presence.
· Manage and support the execution of corporate events, partner activations, and key stakeholder engagements.
· Strengthen and grow Kingsmen’s online presence through proactive content planning, performance tracking, and community engagement.
· Help shape internal communication, such as employee newsletters and announcements
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging across different departments and projects
Who we are looking for
· Degree in Mass Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing or equivalent
· At least 5 years of relevant work experience in related roles
· Strong writing skills and a knack for distilling complex ideas into clear, engaging content
· Proficiency in communication tools and platforms, including social media, content management systems, media monitoring tools, and design platforms (Canva)
· Experience leading or mentoring junior team members
· Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritise, pivot, and deliver under pressure
· Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to working across teams and senior stakeholders
Salary will be commensurate with candidate's working experience and qualifications.
