Job description:
Join our dynamic Contract Management team where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of community care services for seniors!
The job scope includes:
Develop a fair and transparent tender evaluation framework to select the best providers for community care services.
Take charge of the entire tender process, from preparing tender documents to conducting tender evaluations and awarding contracts.
Collaborate with stakeholders to monitor service providers' performance, ensuring they meet adhere to the contract requirements.
Manage timely and accurate contract renewals to ensure service continuation for seniors.
Assist in drafting compelling papers, reports, presentations to secure approvals from management and the Ministry.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., public administration, business administration, etc.).
Proven experience in tender management, policy operationalisation, and project management, preferably within community care services or the public sector.
Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in paper writing and using relevant software and tools for data analysis in tender evaluation.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and resilience in adapting to dynamic changes.
