What it's like to work here

Meetings, Incentives, Conventions, and Exhibitions (MICE) serve as a platform for new businesses, partnerships, and regional cooperation. We are privileged to be at the intersection of creativity, communities, and collaboration, providing a unique opportunity to connect a global ecosystem of partners, businesses, and consumers daily. Our ambition is to be a leading Asian-made MICE company and Asia's top MICE firm, a vision shared by our shareholders Temasek and Cuscaden Peak Investments.

We recognize the opportunity to lead with purpose, demonstrate leadership, and commit to sustainable and responsible business practices while activating impactful networks for growth.

With about 200 employees, we are a growing company with big aspirations to scale in the next five years. The environment can be intense and sometimes chaotic, but it offers a chance to contribute directly to business development, shape our cultural DNA, and build a proud Singapore-headquartered multinational. Our two lines of business—events and venues—provide opportunities to gain experience across both areas.

You don't need prior MICE experience to join us. We seek ambitious, entrepreneurial self-starters with a strong sense of ownership, passion, and curiosity, driven by our core values of care, ownership, trust, passion, and innovation.
