Position: Assistant/Manager, Content Marketing (1-year contract)

Responsibilities

We are looking for an Assistant/Manager, Content Marketing to join our dynamic team and further establish Singapore EXPO as the venue of choice for event organizers. You will develop content to enhance and communicate the Singapore EXPO brand and support marketing activities to drive brand positioning, B2B lead generation, and on-site advertising and promotional activities.

In this role, you will:

  • Formulate 360 B2B and B2C marketing strategies to meet objectives.
  • Deploy successful marketing campaigns by identifying strategies to grow the customer base, from ideation to execution.

Channel Management and B2C Marketing

  • Create engaging content for social media, newsletters, and other channels.
  • Update marketing materials and website content as required.
  • Engage KOLs for content on B2C campaigns like concerts, consumer shows, and festivals.
  • Collaborate with publications on brand and tactical campaigns.

Onsite Communications Support

  • Manage content on onsite digital screens and pylons.
  • Support advertising and promotional materials.
  • Execute marketing activities, including content creation and event management.

Lead Generation (B2B Marketing)

  • Develop integrated media campaigns to generate leads.
  • Partner with trade channels, trade shows, and associations to increase awareness and leads.
  • Support marketing content for trade shows and other events.
  • Create content like factsheets, brochures, white papers, and case studies for sales and marketing channels.

Partnerships

  • Build strategic relationships with industry players, agencies, and vendors.
  • Identify and establish potential collaborations to enhance visitor experience.

PR Support

  • Identify media opportunities and new business prospects.

Others

  • Understand customer needs and provide solutions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Manage marketing budgets.
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 4-5 years of marketing experience, including project management.
  • Proven success in event marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with marketing tools, social media, email marketing, and content management systems.
  • Strong MS Office skills.
