We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Content Writer to be involved with the College’s branding campaigns and activities.

What You Will Do:

1. Content Creation

  1. Develop and implement internal and external communication strategies, ensuring alignment with the College’s branding and objectives.
  2. Create and manage high-quality communication materials, including press releases, presentations, website content, and corporate collaterals.
  3. Oversee and maintain the College’s websites, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and up-to-date content.
  4. Optimise the user experience (UX) and interface of the College’s websites to ensure they are visually appealing, accessible, and user-friendly.
  5. Monitor and analyse social media performance metrics, using data-driven insights to refine content and campaign strategies.
  6. Stay informed of emerging social media trends and best practices, continuously improving digital engagement strategies.

2. Branding and Promotion

  1. Support the development and execution of publicity campaigns to enhance the College’s visibility and brand awareness.
  2. Ensure that event publicity materials and marketing collaterals created by event organisers align with the College’s branding and communication guidelines.
  3. Oversee the planning and execution of College events, ensuring they are effectively promoted and successfully delivered.

3. Editing and Proofreading

  1. Review, edit, and refine content for clarity, accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand style guidelines.
  2. Ensure all written materials maintain high editorial standards, with precise grammar, spelling, punctuation, and tone.

Who You Are:

  1. Min a bachelor’s degree in mass communications, Literary Arts, New Media, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. At least five years of relevant experience in corporate communications and media, preferably within an educational institution.
  3. Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics and SEO.
  4. Well-versed in the digital economy, with experience managing digital public relations platforms and online engagement.
  5. Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with strong attention to detail.
  6. Ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling narratives—from brand storytelling to impactful reports—demonstrating a strong sense of structure and storytelling techniques.
  7. A meticulous, dedicated, and proactive team player, who thrives on challenges and can multi-task effectively.
  8. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and optimise communication strategies.
  9. Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written), with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
  10. Self-motivated, responsible, and proactive, with a positive work attitude and a commitment to excellence.
  11. Ability to manage high-pressure situations, demonstrating resilience and adaptability.
  12. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
