Job description

The Content and Engagement Manager develops and executes creative, platform-specific content strategies to engage target audiences and enhance brand visibility. They manage end-to-end production of videos and visual posts, create timely and trend-driven content for social platforms, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand alignment. The role also supports community engagement and promotes data-driven performance improvements, ensuring all content meets SingPost’s standards and campaign objectives.

Content Production & Strategy [60%]

  • Lead the end-to-end production of high-quality video and visual content for social media, from concept to post-production, ensuring alignment with SingPost’s brand and campaign objectives.

  • Develop and manage a content calendar for social platforms, ensuring timely and relevant output across channels.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (designers, writers, marketing teams) and external partners to deliver cohesive and impactful content.

  • Oversee the editing, titling, music selection, animation, and narration of video content to ensure consistency and quality.

  • Stay updated on social media platform algorithms and trends to optimise content performance.

Community Management (Philately) [15%]

  • Act as the brand’s voice on social platforms (specific to philately community), engaging with followers, responding to queries, and moderating discussions to build a positive online community.

  • Monitor social conversations, identify emerging topics or issues, and escalate potential risks to protect brand reputation.

  • Foster relationships with key community members, influencers, and partners to grow SingPost’s digital presence.

Marketing Campaign Support [15%]

  • Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring content assets are delivered on time and meet campaign objectives.

  • Coordinate with campaign managers to ensure content is aligned with campaign messaging and KPIs.

  • Track, analyse, and report on content and campaign performance, providing actionable insights for optimisation.

Quality Assurance & Brand Governance [5%]

  • Perform regular checks on all published content to ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and compliance with corporate guidelines.

  • Manage production schedules, budgets, and resources to deliver projects efficiently and within scope.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement [5%]

  • Identify and experiment with new content formats, tools, and technologies to enhance audience engagement.

  • Benchmark against industry best practices and competitors to keep SingPost at the forefront of digital content innovation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Communications/Arts/Marketing/Media, or related field

  • At least 4-5 years work experience with some 2-3 years’ experience in content production, with a strong portfolio of video and social media content, preferably within a corporate or agency setting will be advantageous.

  • Experience with social media management, analytics, and community engagement.

  • Digital marketing knowledge and skillset highly advantageous to support integrated communications campaigns especially knowledge of paid social campaigns and performance marketing.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
